Terms and Conditions

1. IntroductionThe following terms and conditions (the "Agreement") govern your use of Bay Mills Resort & Casino's facilities, including but not limited to the casino gaming floor, hotel accommodations, RV park, golf course, and all related amenities.

2. Age RequirementYou must be at least 21 years old (or the minimum age required by applicable law) to access the casino gaming area or participate in any gaming activities. Proof of age may be requested prior to entry.

3. Responsible GamingBay Mills Resort & Casino is committed to responsible gaming practices and encourages patrons to gamble responsibly. If you or someone you know has a problem with gambling, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

4. Security and Fair PlayWe maintain the highest standards of security and fair play in all gaming activities, including but not limited to slot machines, table games, and sports betting. Our equipment is regularly tested and certified by independent third-party auditors.

5. Personal Data ProtectionWe collect personal data from patrons for internal purposes only, such as marketing promotions or loyalty programs. Your information will be kept confidential and in accordance with applicable laws.

6. Rules of ConductPatrons are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner at all times while on resort property. Disruptive behavior, harassment, or any other form of misconduct may result in trespassing charges being filed.

7. Gaming Rules and RegulationsAll gaming activities must be conducted in accordance with applicable state and federal laws, as well as the rules and regulations promulgated by the Bay Mills Indian Community's Tribal Gaming Commission.

8. Voidance of Wager or BetIn the event that a wager or bet is made based on a mistake, error, or omission, we reserve the right to void such wager or bet at any time prior to payout.

9. Payouts and WithdrawalsAll payouts and withdrawals must be in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. No check kiting, wire transfer scams, or other fraudulent activity is permitted.

10. Patron Conduct and SafetyIn the event of a patron's death or serious injury while on resort property, we may provide information to law enforcement or regulatory agencies as required by applicable laws.

11. Exclusivity and LiabilityWe are not responsible for any third-party services or products offered on or off our premises, including but not limited to food and beverage establishments or retail stores. Our liability is limited to the value of the specific transaction in dispute.

12. Waiver and Release of ClaimsBy entering into this Agreement, you acknowledge that you have read and understood its terms and conditions. You agree to waive any claims against us arising from participation in gaming activities, use of resort facilities, or other related services.

13. Governing LawThis Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Michigan and the federal laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under this Agreement will be resolved exclusively through arbitration as provided by law.

14. Entire AgreementThis Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and us regarding your use of Bay Mills Resort & Casino's facilities, including but not limited to gaming activities, hotel accommodations, RV park, golf course, and all related amenities.
